Hi guys, I have been tracking issues about mouse freezing for a while now. Although the symptom is the mouse freezing the causes seems to be varied in the reports I have received. One of the causes is solved by disabling a particular function and I would like to check if it solves the problem in other cases of the mouse freezing. Could you try out the development builds below, They are based on the current 1.10.2 release with the probable offending function disabled. Windows x64:http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/windows-x64/Release/Synergy_v1.10.2-testing6487_b119-93275071.msi Windows x32: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/windows-x86/Release/Synergy_v1.10.2-testing6487_b117-93275071.msi macOS: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/macos/Synergy_v1.10.2-testing6487_b133-93275071.dmg Ubuntu16: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/ubuntu16/synergy_1.10.2.testing6487~b107+93275071_amd64.deb Ubuntu18: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/ubuntu18/synergy_1.10.2.testing6487~b17+93275071_amd64.deb Ubuntu19: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/ubuntu19/synergy_1.10.2.testing6487~b19+93275071_amd64.deb Debian 9: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/debian/synergy_1.10.2.testing6487~b115+93275071_amd64.deb CentOS 7.5: http://snapshots.symless.com/synergy/v1-core-standard/centos/x86_64/synergy-1.10.2-116.testing6487.93275071.el7.x86_64.rpm Could you post your results in this thread or on the GitHub issue here

Hello, my setup is as follows: Server: macos mojave, synergy pro 1.10.1-stable-8941241e. Logitech "Mouse Performance MX" Configuration: section: screens mockduck: alt = meta meta = alt super = alt halfDuplexCapsLock = false halfDuplexNumLock = false halfDuplexScrollLock = false xtestIsXineramaUnaware = false switchCorners = none switchCornerSize = 0 end section: links loin: left(53,100) = mockduck mockduck: right(0,100) = loin(53,100) end section: options relativeMouseMoves = false screenSaverSync = true win32KeepForeground = false switchCorners = none switchCornerSize = 0 end Client: Windows 10, same synergy version My issue is that the scroll wheel on the mouse will not scroll the windows 10 start menu. The start menu scrolls as expected with the mouse connected directly to the windows machine. Additionally, there are buttons on my mouse (such as the zoom button, which in macos is bound to show mission control) which are captured by macos even if my cursor is on my windows screen. Is there a way around that? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Does Synergy 2 support the sort of config I have listed above? The reason I switched back to synergy 1 was that I had no way to specify screen edge to screen edge mapping between machines, and I want my pointer to visually appear visually at the same real world height as it crosses screen boundaries)

I am requesting that we have have support for Arch Packages, so that we don't need to use unofficially support AUR packages that do not configure properly. Symless Supports Windows, MacOS, Red Hat/Fedora/CentOS, Debian Base and even Rasbian. But there is no Arch Based Distrobution Support at all. Bring Proper Support for Arch!!

I don't need any new features. I just want synergy to be stable, which it has never been for me. Focus on making it work, forget the bells and whistles. I've been on board since 2013. Off and on. Synergy 2 I have never been able to even try out even though I paid for it. It seems I need to be able to configure proxy. What benefit exactly would I get with cloud? 1.8 works OK between windows machines. That's the only fully positive experience I have from Synergy. Too bad I don't really need two parallel Windows PCs, but the other one always tends to be Linux. Between Windows and Linux the keyboard gets screwed up constantly. One one machine caps lock is on and on the other it's off. Need to kill synergy to fix it. Most of the time I can't get @${[]} characters right on the guest PC (Linux). Ie. the Alt-Gr issue. It has never worked out of the box. Copy-paste used to be bad for years, now it's fixed. Thank you for that. There are new mouse/keyboard products that can control up to three machines at the same time. If Synergy doesn't get their act together soon, I'll make the switch. I really want you guys to succeed though. Please just fix the basic features.

I purchased version 2 for $5 and when I went to the download page, saw that it's only available for 64-bit Linux. I use 32-bit Ubuntu at work and that is all we are able to use due to the architecture that we use. Is there any plans of releasing a 32-bit version?

Hi! Can you try changing keyboard layout on both machines to US only(not international)?

Oh and it's hilarious how you show the log text right on the main UI. That's bad UX 101, but of course, you need the logs there because you have so many bugs that users can't figure it out otherwise. You have a permanent diagnostic display built into the thing because it's NEEDED, and that's very telling.
