MouseClick Event Not Firing On Client (DEBUG)

Below is the log when the issue occurs. It seems to disappear after a minute or so. Server: Windows 10, Dual Monitor Summary: Intermittently (yay!), the CLIENT stops firing the onMouseDown event. All other functions work such as mouseover hover effects, keyboard. Below is a DEBUG of the incident as it was happening. Not sure if I got it all.
