Server Fails to Start on Win 7 Machine

On a 64 bit Windows 7 machine, I've tried installing/uninstalling multiple times, tried both x86 and 64 bit. Does anyone have any suggestions? Figured it out, nevermind. There were spaces in my value for the 'Interface' setting which were causing an issue when executed as a command line argument
