Remove from startup Win 7

I use Synergy with my Macbook Pro setup as server and connect to a Win 7 Pro client. I sometimes change desks and work at a co-worker's system where I installed Synergy. Unfortunately, everytime she starts her system, Synergy connects to my Macbook Pro and my mouse takes over - causing much annoyance. Is there a way to prevent Synergy from launching at startup on Win 7 Pro? I removed it from startup services, but then it wouldn't work properly the next time I used it.
