Option to run Windows Synergy service after starting Synergy

I am having issues when Synergy service is running. It blocks my 1Password shortcut and it makes cursor in computer games behave strange. All I have to do is to turn off Synergy service and everything is back to normal. When I want to use Synergy again I have to manually turn the service on. It would be helpful if there was an option to start Synergy service after I click on Start button in Synergy. And also if it would shut down service after quitting Synergy.
