Disable launch at startup

Good morning Synergyers, Is there a way to disable Synergy launching at STARTUP? My host computer sometimes has issues with mouse/keyboard input when it starts right away and while it's running when I RDP into the machine the mouse/keyboard on the RDP machine can't interact with my host machine. So far the fix has been don't boot the client machines before the host machine or turn off Synergy on the client machines then boot my host machine, though I'd rather just choose to launch Synergy when I'm ready instead of it starting automatically. Thoughts or ideas?
