Drag and Drop not working

Hi, One of the main reasons I decided to buy Synergy is because of the it's drag-and-drop and copy-paste features. However, after trying it for a couple of hours after purchasing it these features don't seem to work properly. The drag-and-drop feature works one in twenty tries and the copy-paste once every ten. They both seem to work for no apparent reason just randomly. Can anyone help? Cheers
