CTRL+ALT+DEL or WINDOWS+L not working on WIN10 client

Greetings everyone..

 

The aforementioned key strokes are not working for me on a windows 10 client. Server is running off a MAC with a windows (logitech) keyboard. Ive tried the fix which involves going through local group policy to no avail...please help!
