Daniel Peterson 0 Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 Synergy shows on Windows 10 that "Synergy is running." so I am guessing everything there is fine. When I try to connect a MacBook running 10.10 Yosemite It says "WARNING: failed to connect to server: cannot connect socket: Host is down". I made sure that Windows Firewall is set to enable Synergy on both public and private networks, not sure what else to do. Link to post Share on other sites

Daniel Peterson 0 Posted April 28, 2015 Author Share Posted April 28, 2015 I just tried it with Windows Firewall off and it worked. Then I stopped Synergy on both computers, turned Windows Firewall on, and started Synergy again, and everything worked fine. Not sure why it did not want to work before. Thanks!
