Certain Keys or Buttons not Responding Properly in Games

Hi guys,

 

A less important problem I have with synergy is that some games do not let me use the Shift or Alt keys in-game - they don't even register as being pressed. This happens universally with all Unity engine games, and some others.

 

Also, using the middle mouse button as a camera grip in every single game I have tested results in wild spinning of the camera, whereas it behaves normally when the synergy exe is shut off.

 

If anyone could shed some light on this issue so I can slack off better at work, please let me know.
