Struggling to setup

Hello

I just downloaded Synergy and I'm trying to set it up after watching the setup video.

I don't seem to get the pop up window when the client tries to connect.

 

This is what I have on the client

[2016-11-06T13:55:48] WARNING: failed to connect to server: Timed out

[2016-11-06T13:55:49] NOTE: connecting to '10.0.7.54': 10.0.7.54:24800

 

And the server is starting the cocoa loop?

 

Please help!
