Fedora 25 - Windows 10 not switching screens

Recommended Posts

I upgraded to 1.8.6 yesterday but I it is not switching screens. Server is running on Fedora 25, client on Windows 10. I see a connection established between the 2 machines.

tcp 0 0 192.168.1.223:24800 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 12532/synergys

tcp 0 0 192.168.1.223:24800 192.168.1.167:60539 ESTABLISHED 12532/synergys

Server debug log shows.

Client log just shows "connected to server"

Unfortunately I did not note which version I was running previously, but I did try to install 1.7.6 as well as try the latest nightly build same results.

I found an article that suggested 1password might interfere so I remove that still no luck.

the Windows 10 machines does have McAfee Intrusion detection installed, but it is not showing that it is rejecting TCP traffic coming back from the Fedora server. I did try to reverse the configuration an have the Windows machine as the server, but MCAfee blocked the listening port 24800.

I also have a corporate VPN application running on the Windows systems, but I get same results with it running or not.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
