Mac Client Modifier Key Customization

Hey Synergy team!

 

I use Synergy every day with my Windows Host (Windows 10) and Mac Client (macOS 10.12) and I find that the most difficult part of using Synergy as a KVM solution is that the Windows Key and Command Key are swapped! I Know macOS has an option in the keyboards setup to reassign the modifier keys without the need for additional software. However when using Synergy, macOS doesn't recognize the remote keyboard as a device. So I cannot reassign the keys and have a consistent copy/paste/shortcut solution. This isn't a high priority but at some point in the future it would be grand if I could specify the modifier key assignments in macOS Client systems.
