Upgrade to Pro version

Hi

 

I have purchased $19 basic, and then again $9 upgrade for pro version.

 

I wonder if the pro version is automatically applied. Or, do I have to uninstall & re-download?

Hi Nick,

I have the same issue with an upgrade to pro. the pro version was purchased, but I don't know how to update it. Should I reinstall the app on all PCs? 
Please note, that following your link I get an error message Portal is currently not accessible and when trying to log in it prompts that my account has been suspended (see attached).

Synergy version https://snapshots.symless.com/public/1.11.0-rc2/ macOS Catalina version 10.15.1
