Strange characters when talking my laptop of docking station

Hello I ma having issues with the latest synergy when I take off my Windows server off the dock and put it back on after a meeting, the key characters on my mac are all screwed up

Windows : qwertyuiop,

Clinet Mac: qwértyúíóp

The only fix is to reboot both computers!
