I keep getting error messages

Recommended Posts

I cannot understand how large this company says it is, yet has very poor customer service. They have only one “European” contact number which you have to pay for international calling for. two of us bought this software expecting to have an ease at work with using only one mouse and keyboard. My associate downloaded it and it worked only once, after the computer is rebooted it fails to connect again. I bought the software thinking he might have missed something and I follow the countless youtube steps of getting it setup and fixing the many connectivity issues I have been having and yet to no avail. I am using iMac and a Matchbook Pro, my associate is using two iMacs. Why isn’t there someone we can contact and talk to so that we can fix these issues. We are both inclined to write reviews to warn others of buying your product at your own wrists especially if you aren’t a very technical computer user. This program should warn “NO END USER ALLOWED!!!”.

The problem we have been having is once  you open up the program, it may acknowledge the server and client, realize that they are available, but never connects. it keeps showing these messages;

From the Server computer:

“INFO: log level: INFO

[2017-05-04T07:49:53] INFO: drag and drop enabled

[2017-05-04T07:49:53] NOTE: started server, waiting for clients

From the Client Computer:

"WARNING: failed to connect to server: Timed out

[2017-05-04T07:51:19] INFO: OpenSSL 1.0.2 22 Jan 2015"

This keeps repeating, and does not connect, can anyone assist please? I would really like to utilize this product because it seems to have great potential and maybe it’s something that we are doing grossly wrong.

PLEASE ASSIST PLEASE ASSIST!!!

Any help appreciated, thank you.

Hi Omar,

Do you have more than one network adaptor connected to the client? From the portion of the log you provided, it appears that your client is looking for the server on the wrong network.

Also, please ensure that you have added your client as a screen on your server machine.

I am not sure if I understand your response. I do not have an adaptor connected to the client, I am using a wifi router to connect to the internet on both computers...both computers  are on the same wifi network.

"NOTE: started server, waiting for clients

[2017-05-04T12:31:47] INFO: zeroconf client detected: Adrians-MBP.fios-router.home

[2017-05-04T12:31:47] INFO: zeroconf client detected: Adrians-MBP.fios-router.home"

I am working on sharing the screen at the moment, thank you for the info.

The screen is shared(I can view files on the client, correct me if I am wrong in this interpretation). I will update you on any more issues, thank you.
