Photoshop Action causing Synergy to not extend

When I run a Photoshop conversion to change a raw file to jpg, synergy stops working while conversion is happening. Mouse and keyboard will not work on clients.  

Any ideas why this happens? I think Photoshop is running some sort of "Action".  I initiate the process from Adobe Bridge by clicking Tools-->Photoshop-->Image Processor.  Photoshop opens and you get abn "Image Processor" dialog with several options. When you click Run, this is when behavior happens.

I have Server on Windows10 and clients are windows and mac.
