Configuration of a Linux Mint Server with Windows 10

i want to share my mouse and keyboard from my linux 18.1 desktop pc with my windows 10 laptop. but after the installation and configuration i got some errors (on my linux server) in the live log. saying: "ssl error occurred (system call failure)". what can i do? is this a common error?
