the version: 1.7.1 Server:Windows 8.1 Client:Mac OSX (It seems the issue does not matter with client) debugging messages: activeDesktop:Default synergys.exe: no configuration available ERROR: failed to launch, error: process immediately stopped By the way,I even don't start Synergy.

"no configuration available" means something is so messed up with the configuration that the Synergy GUI could not write it out to a file as it usually does. Hard to say what that issue could be without more info. For anyone who encounters this in the future, please include more log output, increasing to Debug log level. Some screenshots showing the Synergy config (main page and Configure Server page) would help a lot too. In this case I would guess that it's probably due to the characters in the computer names, which Synergy makes the screen names by default. It doesn't handle non-English characters very well, and does all sorts of weird things when it runs into one.
