Alexey 1
Hi, I'm using Red Hat Linux 7.3 64 bit, unfortunately Synergy is not working there. Do you have plans to support this OS?
Paul Suarez 107
It should work with that OS @Alexey. You can download v1.9.0 from Download Synergy 1.9.0 to fix the wifi macOS bug forum thread. You can use the rpm for CentOS there.
Alexey 1
Tried version 1.9, still having troubles even to install it
Paul Suarez 107
Do you have an existing version of Synergy installed before you tried installing that v1.9.0?
Alexey 1
Negative, there was not existing version installed. Problem was solved by installing missing rpms: avahi-compat-libdns_sd-0.6.31-17.el7.x86_64.rpm avahi-compat-libdns_sd-devel-0.6.31-17.el7.i686.rpm avahi-compat-libdns_sd-devel-0.6.31-17.el7.x86_64.rpm avahi-devel-0.6.31-17.el7.x86_64.rpm
Paul Suarez 107
That's great @Alexey! So you are compiling from source? or installing a package?
Alexey 1
These rmp were taken from CentOS and installed. No compiling.
