Windows 10 client delay on mouse appearing

Just wanted to drop this "bug" (?) or problem on these forums in case anyone else runs into this.

For weeks my Windows 7(server) had a ~quarter second delay when my cursor would move to a windows 10 client.

I'm not positive why, but it appears not having a mouse plugged in on Windows 10 causes it to have a delay in making the mouse cursor appear. Once a mouse was plugged in, the delay vanished.
