Getting Synergy to run automatically on Ubuntu

Hi,

My setup is as follows:

Windows 10 Server machine

Ubuntu 17.04 client machine

I have installed synergy as a service on Windows and it starts up automatically when I boot the machine. My Ubuntu machine on the other hand seems to have problems. Almost every time it boots, Synergy is asking for the serial. This means I have to pull out the keyboard and mouse connected to the Ubuntu machine to enter the serial so that I can once again make use of Synergy.

Has anyone else had this issue?
