Cursor remains in center of Client Screen

When I roll the cursor to the Server Screen the mouse cursor will remain on the Client Screen in the center.  This started occurring after some Windows 10 updates a few months back.  It's annoying enough now that I hope someone else has found a solution.  I gave it some time thinking it was occurring to many people since it appears Windows 10 updates seems to be the obvious source of the problem.  After months of waiting I haven't really seen anyone else discussing this issue so is it possible I'm the only one experiencing this?  If you have found a solution please send it my way.
