VPN Connectivity Issues

Synergy stops working while I am running VPN (Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client) on Synergy Server Machine and there is no VPN connection on the client machine. When there is no VPN, Synergy works fine. Can someone please help me figure out a solution to this?
