2 question from new user

I'm sure this might already been answered, but my question is this.

 

I have my setup nicely now, where I don't have to move my mouse, I just hit a hot key and mouse switches to other PC. I much rather prefer this over the mouse. I'm afraid that during gaming etc, my mouse could fall of display. Can I disable mouse movement switching displays? Really hope you can..

 

2nd question.

 

do all users of Synergy need a keyboard mouse on both a PCs at startup? How does one login? Should the client PC not have a password so it boots to desktop? I'm not seeing an option to have Synergy be a startup application.
