Is the 2.0.0 final binary still available for download?

I ask because I don't really want to compile on windows, happy to compile on linux but on windows its a mammoth asking, so I'm hoping the binary for 2.0.0 is not lost. Please advise, as windows is a mess without installing things that will be used a few times, let alone when something is used often. The way it manages regsitry etc is god awful. I want to keep it clean if possible and just grab a binary for 2.0.0 please.
