AlexVo2 0 Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 Hello world, Quick question, the contact form on the synergy website doesn't work for me (I've tried on two devices the submit button doesn't do anything). Unable to find contact details or social profiles either. Getting a little worried. Support issue: Can't install on mac, I just get an error message saying "cannot be opened because of a problem." jml 50 Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 Quick checks: Have you tried re-downloading the installer, and are you getting a block because of OSX security restrictions (see System Preferences | Security and Privacy | Allow apps downloaded from..."? Kelvin Tran 142 Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 (edited) If he doesn't, if you're using Chrome, right click and hit "Inspect Element". From the tabs at the top, you should be able to see a tab named "Console". Try submitting the forum and send us a log of the console view to see if any HTML/JS errors are occurring. Additionally, as a workaround, please directly email them as [email protected]. @Nick Bolton, do you currently provide these email addresses directly on the Symless website, but mention that the contact form will be the best way as it will help classify their requests for the least waste of time?
