cnctwthme 0 Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 I downloaded and installed on my Macbook Pro, downloaded and installed on Windows 10 Desktop. I see both machines in Synergy window. I can click on each using their own mouse & keyboard in the respective window but I have yet to figure out how to get the PC to recognize the Mac mouse or the get the Mac to recognize the Windows mouse. Pretty useless unless it does this basic function so I have obviously not configured something right but no documentation to be found anywhere. Luckily I found this forum. Guest Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 Are your machines in the Synergy window touching each other? Are they aligned correctly (modeling how they are set up in real life)? If so, you should be able to just slide one mouse across to the other one!
