Please contact the helpdesk, and provide the following details. Code: 1 Error: [2015-08-19T11:24:01] FATAL: An error occurred: Unknown error, code 12029 [/quote] However, I activate successfully on my Ubuntu 14.04 x64 (the server) just few minutes before I activate on my Windows.
