Copy & Paste corruption

Using 1.7.4, both PCs are Windows 7 x64, both have Office 2013. The fonts and formatting in Word are lost or corrupted when copying and pasting from one PC to the other. The font mysteriously changes, and the bullet formatting is wrong. It doesn't seem to be related to Office; the same result happens using LibreOffice Writer. Thanks, Kiran
