Drag and Drop not working on single machine

Running Synergy 1.7.4 happily most of the time, I was wondering whether the issue, mentioned in ... rop-5.html has been investigated? It is about this: Recently I started to have issues dragging and dropping files in Windows explorer (first Windows 7 and now Windows 10 as well), not from one machine to another, but simply from one folder to another, no client machine was involved. I could fix it by typing Ctrl-Esc, but after reading the posts above, I found that stopping the Synergy service fixed the issue as well. An issue in terms of "stuck ESC key" is mentioned there. Is this a known issue?
