Vertical Monitor Setup - Link ratios

HI, I'm having an issue with my current setup after upgrading two of 4 screens to widescreen as well (1980x1080). Since now I have the option, I decided for my SQL gimmicks to switch one of the screens to a vertical position. At this point the link between the server and the client went haywire and the mouse is not coming out per the physical representation of the monitors.
