Different actions for the same hotkeys on different screen

From the configuration page, it seems to me that different actions can be defined for the same hotkey, and the actions can be set to trigger on a specific screen. However it doesn't work as I expected. To elaborate, what I would like to achieve is the following: There are two screens (PC1 and PC2), for hotkey Ctrl + N, execute Alt + N on screen PC1, execute Ctrl + N on screen PC2. Which action to trigger depends on which screen the mouse is on. Is this possible in current latest version? Thanks!
